What do I wear on campus?
When you are on campus you are required to wear enclosed shoes, pants that are knee-length or longer and your student shirt.
We recommend gym-type clothing in class, especially for your practicalsessions.
When you are in the student clinic, you will be required to wear your studentshirt, black pants and black, enclosed shoes.
How do I access my schedule?
You will be given a copy of your course schedule on your first day.
If you need a new copy please see the staff in the front office.
Who do I contact if I have questions?
Your course coach is the best person to talk to if you have questions about the course content, class activities or assessments.
Chat to the team in the front office for any questions about your enrolment or course payments.
For any other queries, you can contact your campus captain.
What happens if I miss a class?
If you know ahead of time that you can not attend a class, send your course coach an email so we can mark this as an ‘explained absence’.
What happens if I fail an assessment?
You are given three attempts for each assessment. If you do not pass on your first and second attempts, the course coach will sit down with you to see where we can help before your final attempt.
Where do I park?
Brisbane Campus
There is 2-hour parking in the Homemaker Centre nearby. If there are no available parks, there is free parking on Arthur Street which is only a 5-minute walk from the campus. You can also view a Brisbane parking map here.
Gold Coast Campus
There is free parking at Robina Town Centre, the best access is the Target/Myer carpark, Level 1 – walk in past the elevators and turn right along the corridor and follow to Q Academy
Sunshine Coast Campus
There is free 2 hours parking at the complex, otherwise parking on May and Parker Street is free and untimed.
