Functional Foam Rolling Short Course Queensland

Foam rolling has been shown to be one of the best evidence based approaches to manage tissue tightness, musculoskeletal pain and increase range of motion. For a massage therapist, the functional foam rolling course will give you techniques you can share with clients as part of their treatment.
