Flexible New Career in Massage Therapy
Remedial Massage Therapy can be an exciting and rewarding career. You can help your clients with injuries, aches and pains move well and feel better. You can have the flexibility of working for yourself in your own clinic or for others in an established one. You can also choose to work in a professional practice alongside other allied health professionals, or you can work from home or travel to your clients as a mobile massage therapist.
If you’re already working in a related field such as Personal Training or Beauty Therapy, you can add Remedial Massage to your treatment options to expand your services to clients. Similarly, nurses and aged care workers who are passionate about helping people, but might be looking for a career with more flexible working hours and conditions – massage therapy is often a rewarding new opportunity. However, no experience is required – anyone can study remedial massage!
Unlike other careers in healthcare that require a minimum of 3-5 years of University study, you can graduate and start working as a Remedial Massage therapist within 12 months. All that’s required is 1-2 days per week that you can dedicate to your studies. We have online, on-campus, and part-time options available. With scholarships, Government Funding, Government Subsidies, and payment plan options available, so that anyone who is interested in massage therapy can get started with Q Academy.
